Corações Sujos means Filthy Heart in Portuguese. There is a movie adaptation. This book is about the time first Japanese families that immigrates to Brazil. Is about war, wrong ideas, acceptance, but also history about people who immigrate to survive in another country. I chose this book because I am Japanese immigrant grand-daughter and could be a history of my family. The book is about Shindo Renmei, a right-wing organisation some Brazilian-Japanese that couldn't believe about Japan surrender in Second War.
